Au Baba d Andréa

 

 



The opening of the "Au Baba d'Andréa", in 2003, was the first step towards the rehabilitation and revival of the village.
The bakery provides traditional bread, viennoiseries (croissants, brioches, ...), fruit cakes, gateaux, and of course the famous Rum Baba!


The bread is traditionally-made, using natural yeast and slow fermentation.
All the specialities are available by ordering 48 hours in advance.
A second daily batch of hot bread will be served from 5pm.


Amongst the latest novelties: the Hameau (large, old-style baguette), round loaf stamped with the ‘B’ of Bages, delicious biscuits from Maison Dandoy, Médoc Noisettines (with hazelnuts) and organic honey from Matin d'Abeille...

Monday to Friday, from 6:30 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
